Lean & flaky with a mild taste. All natural seafood. 20 g protein. Low in fat. Committed to sustainable seafood. How did Cod become the world's most enduring seafood, coveted by fishing fleets (and seafood lovers) for centuries? It might be the inviting snowy-white color. Or the large lustrous flake that yields so gently to a fork. Perhaps it's that classic clean flavor which blends so well with all sorts of recipes & cooking styles. Our hand-trimmed fillets are harvested from healthy Alaskan stocks & deliver the superb texture & mild character that Cod is famous for. It's as simple as black & white! Make the Orca Bay whale the guide to delicious seafood choices, 100% free of artificial preservatives, colors or trans fats. Let 2 servings of all natural seafood a week put your diet on a healthy course while opening up a world of great tasting, memorable meals. Orca Bay Seafoods is committed to environmental stewardship & fisheries management efforts designed to ensure healthy stocks for generations to come. We commission and support studies to evaluate scientific data on the fisheries from which we source product. This constantly updated information helps us identify & target sustainable, well-managed harvest. Fresh vs. frozen: The dock to dinner table journey that unfrozen seafood endures can knock the fresh right out of fresh fish. By freezing the catch shortly after harvest, we're able to lock in the just caught flavor. HACCP packed and inspected under HACCP guidelines. Product of USA.
