      NOW® Cider Vinegar capsules supplement is a diet formula* with grapefruit, lecithin, B-6, chromium, kelp, and glucomannan (from konjac root). Take plenty of water with this product in conjunction with a temporary, reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise. Take 1 - 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with food.

      Maltodextrin (non-gmo), Hypromellose (cellulose Capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable Source) And Silicon Dioxide.

      Directions

      Take 1 - 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with food. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
