Directions

Suggested Use: 1-2 tbsp daily. Can be taken straight or mixed into salad dressings, yogurt, oatmeal, cottage cheese or blended beverages. Refrigerate for quality. Shake well. Stirring suggested to fully disperse flax particulate.
